Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at symo@helpcenter.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order separately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at symo@helpcenter.com.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
